Title: Marketing Strategist & Associate Coordina
Description of Company: Local Full Service Residential, Commercial brokerage and management company. Action, Relocation and other services offered.
Job Duties: Duties include: Interface with brokers, management, and other real estate professionals. Creation and editing of property briefs, floor plans, site tour packages with location maps, offering memorandums, pictures and aerials. Preparation of real estate documents such as commission agreements, purchase agreements, amendments, addendums, letters of intent, listing renewal letters and lease agreements. Research and collection of supporting documents (tax info., plats, deeds, SVQ, comparison data, demographic reports, etc.). Spreadsheets management. Coordinate auction advertisement creation & placement (online and in print), prepare auction marketing budget, design and order postcards, create flyers and aerials, and edit photos. Verify invoices for auction reconciliation and file paperless records. Facilitate creation and scheduling of advertisements and coordinate payment with Accounts Payable. Design business cards for commercial agents and management. Coordinate email campaigns and social media coverage on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and/or Instagram for all new listings and other Commercial Division activity. Film meetings and special events and edit footage for distribution. Assist with design, content, editing, and distribution of Mid-Year Market Report. Track commercial real estate news in the region, report to general manager monthly, and share pertinent articles on social media. Generate targeted prospect lists. Prioritize tasks coming from multiple associates. Provide front desk coverage and other general office duties. Backup for other administrative staff.
Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have strong commercial property management knowledge preferably in the administrative field.
