    Job Duties: Marketing, show and lease apartments - Assist with on site operations - Handle all details of Move Ins, Move Outs, giving special attention to apartment inspection check-ins and check-outs. - Maintain resident records in CRM and Yardi. - Assist Manager with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits, petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal, etc. - Work with established budget and notify the Property Owner of any possible variations. - Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by owners. - Handle lease negotiations and renewals. - Show apartments to perspective residents. - Work with maintenance team on work orders & make ready process - Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested. - Assist Manager with resident relations and enforce all community rules and regulations. - Other duties as assigned.

    Job Experience: Leasing, sales, new home sales, polished, outgoing, ability to close deals work well in fast paced environment.     Job Experience: Real Estate license required or being acquired in the near future 7+ years' experience as a sales person experience Previous commercial real estate experience required (2 years experience). College degree preferred Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven sales track record. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a desire to work in the commercial real estate industry. Real Estate License is required and/or must be acquired in the near future. You must be highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude. This individual must possess excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.
