Title: Commercial Broker
Description of Company: Full service commercial brokerage, management and appraisal company
Job Duties: Duties to include but not limited to: Researching and maintaining database of prospects and clients. Calling prospects to pitch deals and consistently setting appointments for yourself and Senior Broker. Utilizing email and digital marketing tools to build you and your teams online reputation. Analyzing financial reports to prepare proposals to clients and prospects. Working closely with Office Manager to generate marketing materials. Marketing existing property listings internally, externally, and to active investors. Following up with current contacts to nurture relationships and generate repeat business. Understanding of time management and the ability to stay organized. Participating in networking events, sales training, and local opportunities. Initiating, brokering and executing commercial real estate sales transactions. Collaborating with Senior Broker, Team Leaders and Shareholders to achieve business and career goals.
Job Experience: Real Estate license required or being acquired in the near future 7+ years' experience as a sales person experience Previous commercial real estate experience required (2 years experience). College degree preferred Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven sales track record. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a desire to work in the commercial real estate industry. Real Estate License is required and/or must be acquired in the near future. You must be highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude. This individual must possess excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette and ability to prioritize.

Job Duties: Answer VOIP phone system to assist callers, determine their needs and transfer the calls to the appropriate staff member Greet Candidates, Clients and Vendors that come to the main office Administer training and tests Database input of resumes and create files Ensure accurate completion of I-9 and other application forms. Call candidates to confirm interviews Assist managers in various recruiting duties Assist in marketing efforts Maintain reception and kitchen areas and supplies Assist payroll in collecting and processing time sheets Special projects as assigned
Job Experience: Will train with strong interpersonal communications skills Must be professional and detail oriented with good typing skills and general computer ability Any real estate industry, apartment, brokerage, construction, title, mortgage or hotel industry related experience or training helpful Some college education helpful Any staffing or recruiting industry helpful, but not required Must be reliable, ethical and a team player
