    Job Experience: Exposure to commercial real estate is essential & necessary, past executive assistant experience a must, marketing experience needed, Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills, both oral written Proven track record of being a team player

    Salary: 60000

    Benefits: high $40's to $60, BOE, mileage reimbursement, possible bonus based on performance and company performance, benefits are available in January 2022.

    Job Duties: Solicit potential clients to buy, and sell properties Negotiate and arrange real estate transactions Writing contracts and overseeing transactions for sales and purchasing activities on homes, land, and commercial properties Advise clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and other related information. Compare properties to determine a competitive market price. Generate lists of properties for sale, including details such as location and features Promote properties through advertisements and listing services Take prospective buyers to see properties Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration Mediate negotiations between the buyer and seller Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met Prepare documents such as purchase agreements, disclosures, amendments, etc. Utilize Microsoft Office, Exceligent, and CoStar software, Please note that compensation and benefits are set by our clients and REP can not be held responsible for changes or final amounts offered for the position.

    Job Experience: Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Experience Required Real estate license required 5+ years' experience as a commercial real estate broker/salesperson Experience in retail real estate strongly preferred College degree preferred Excellent communication, strong negotiator, and proven track record in sales Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities

    Salary: 60000
