    Job Duties: Coordinate tax credit paperwork. Provide excellent customer service to residents, potential residents and vendors. Work with maintenance staff to schedule work orders. Answer phones, lease apartments. Other duties as assigned.

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience as a leasing agent or assistant manager at a tax credit apartment community. Experience in Section 8 paperwork preferred. Strong communication skills required.

Communicate detailed feedback to site in a positive professional and organized manner via e-mail. Some phone explanations may also be required. Strong follow up skills that will lead to successful completion of files within specified deadline dates. Adhere to defined procedures, guidelines and performance standards.
