    Job Duties: After training at the main location in Missouri the candidate will be assigned a property in states such as KS, TX, MO or TN! Day to day duties will be working with the property management company and the tenants. Provide high level of customer service at all times. Community involvement with the local apartment association. Marketing of property. Follow up with potential tenants. Work order for maintenance. Hiring and training of new staff. Prepare vacant units and manage make ready and maintenance Advertise rental vacancies. Screen and approve tenants. Prepare and enforce a lease agreement. Handle tenant complaints and issues. Collect and adjust the rent. Write out property maintenance and repair work order. Evictions and court attendance if required. There may be long periods of walking, sitting, climbing stairs, carrying of objects up to 30lbs. Must have Drivers License and transportation and be able to pass a background screening and reference check.

    Job Experience: This position includes full rent concession, and a lucrative performance bonus offer. MUST live on site. The Residential Property Manager assists the Property Management Company in preserving and increasing the value of the property. This includes but is not limited to the management of the day-to-day financial operations of the property, including finding and placing qualified tenants, and they ensure the property is in good working order. Following experience is required: Experience in managing the landlord obligation under tenancy law and ensuring the tenant is aware of their rights and obligations. Experience in Vendor relations. 3-5 yearsÂ’ management experience required. Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Solid knowledge of Appfolio software. Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Basic bookkeeping skills.
