    Job Experience: Experienced Tax Credit candidate (required) who has lease-up experience (preferred) . Bbe able to multi-task with attention to detail and be self-directed. • Requires expert knowledge of the principles, techniques, and practices of HUD-subsidized housing programs; specifically the Housing Choice Voucher program. • Requires knowledge of federal, state and local housing regulations and operating requirements, and the ability to perform the essential functions of the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. • Requires Associates degree or 3 years experience in Housing Administration, Property Management or related fields. • Requires a minimum of three years progressively responsible work experience in a Public Housing Authority (PHA) that includes administrative experience • Requires a valid Colorado driver’s license and qualifying driver’s license history
