Title: National Transaction Manager
Location: Addison/ Belt Line and Tollway
Description of Company: privately owned commercial real estate company based in Dallas focused on exclusively representing tenants in their industrial, retail or office lease negotiations.
Job Duties: The Transaction Managers responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, oversight of the entire transaction process from client project approval through delivery and close out process, coordination with internal client teams and management of field brokerage professionals across the country. All transactions are leases and applicant must be experienced in retail leases. Oversight of the entire process through transaction delivery and close out process Coordination with internal client teams Management of field brokers and other subject matter experts necessary to deliver an integrated solution to our client The client portfolio varies in size from over 100 retail and office management companies to retail franchisees. Candidate will be required to start and end all transactions, or take over negations/processing and closing of negotiations from other departments. Departments include; Retail, Office, Franchisees, Industrial. Portfolio spans all lower 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii, some outlined US territories might be included Must have valid Drivers License and be able to produce Texas Real Estate License.
Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial lease negotiation, preferable in office retail and Franchisee retail leasing. Must have strong contract negotiation skills Candidate must have some retail experience especially with franchisee stores. This position requires a somewhat seasoned candidate with strong computers skills and great interoffice personality traits. Must have Texas Real Estate License! Must have experience in entire transaction process from start to finish. Must work well with the team of 25 people. This position requires a candidate that can work well under stress and is able to multitask and work within different departments at a time. This position would be considered a 'filler and transaction manager/Real Estate Assistant' for the all departments.

Job Duties: Day to day duties will be working with the owner and commercial real estate team. Listing of all available leases for office space on website and marketing materials. Marketing of all properties. Assisting with daily and weekly meetings. Supporting the commercial real estate team with their daily tasks. Creating flyers and updating website to attract commercial tenants. Creating and updating floor-plans. Constant Contact email campaign. Create and email flyers, catalogs and marketing brochures. Assist the commercial property managers with outreach and canvassing. Assist with correspondence and follow up on tenants and potential tenants. Oversee marketing plans and develop marketing strategy to attract target audience. Spearhead marketing and design plans catered to the Dallas crowd. Attend commercial real estate marketing meetings in the Dallas area. Solicit new tenants using social media and marketing material.
Job Experience: Ideal candidate must have strong marketing and administrative experience. Experience in commercial real estate sector is highly preferred. Marketing experience is strongly preferred, internship experience is welcome. Ideal candidate will have strong graphic design experience. Candidate should have CAT, Adobe, Sketchup/ 3D Modeling, floor planing, Photography and website design and InDesign experience. Background or hobby in Photography highly preferred. Must have experience in catering towards the uptown Dallas commercial and real estate clientele. Must have strong professional marketing and social media experience. Most know how to create flyers, including marketing brochures and pamphlets as well as website building. A degree in marketing or similar highly preferred. Strong computer skills. Professional and well groomed appearance. Background in commercial real estate a must, experienced in commercial leasing highly preferred. Additional work experience: Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor and able to work independent. Minimum of 2 years experience as executive assistant preferred. Must be well versed with target demographic and be able to market towards commercial clients in the uptown Dallas market. Candidate may be a newly graduate with a Marketing Degree; with some working experience in the administrative field.
