    Job Duties: Be the conduit for all tenant activities and issues. Total units: 36 luxury conventional units. This includes rent collection, unit management, leasing, marketing, project oversight and general communication. Total of 34 luxury units. o Performing competitive market analyses o Setting rates with assistance from GM o Reviewing lease terms and working with GM to negotiate the lease agreement with customers o Oversight of residential lease software o Main point of contact for residents from move-in to move-out o Auditing lease files periodically for all necessary paperwork o Collecting rent and following up with residents on late payments o Oversight or residential parking, parking agreements and space roster o Showing units to customers with prompt scheduling

    Job Experience: • (2+) years of experience supporting a commercial or residential property management team is preferred. • Advanced oral and written communication skills. Ability to discuss work related items with ownership in a detailed and professional manner. • Strong organization and time management skills. • Experience in Microsoft office, Excel, work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interaction, Yardi, AP/AR PREFERRED.

    Job Duties: Assistant with all aspects of day-to-day operations of the 14 Industrial properties throughout the front range totaling approximately 1/2 sq. million sq. feet, 150 tenants, including minor accounting functions, manage the books, tenant relations, handles tenant complaints and service requests, occasionally assist the Commercial Broker with scheduling and other minor office task. • Manage cash balances in for all accounts, preparing and submitting transfers as needed; owner distributions/contributions • Prepare financial reports for banks as needed on an annual, semi-annual basis • Prepare funding sheets for payroll; track employees time to allocate to properties; point person for employee workers compensation policies and reporting any job-related injuries • Post all invoices in Rent Manager; prepare/file QuickBooks property invoices for Bookkeeper to post

    Job Experience: Prefer commercial real estate experience, strong administrative experience, Industrial experience ideal, Rent Manager experience helpful  Rent Manger knowledge helpful but not necessary, certified notary helpful but not required.  Effectively prioritize and multi-task.  Excellent people skills.  Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers and clients.  Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.  Proactive, initiate follow-through. Real Estate knowledge in the areas of retail brokerage, loan underwriting Coordination with outside vendors for contracting services and fulfillment Moderate level of knowledge regarding computers, computer software, various devices including printers, fax machines and IT Support
