    Job Duties: Responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting of day-to-day operations of respective properties, managing and executing the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting process for assigned properties. Leadership Assists with the review of monthly financial results and with presentation to management. Assist, review, and coordinate the workflow of leasing Administrator, A/R and A/P Supervisors General Accounting performed under the direction of the Manager, Accounting Assists in the review and analysis of general ledgers for respective properties process journal entries, calculate monthly accruals and update balance sheet backup schedules. Review A/P voucher, payroll data entries, A/R adjustments, daily cash receipts journal, etc. and submit them for approval to the Manager, Accounting Financial Reporting -- performed under the direction of the Manager, Accounting Assists in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for properties and the region for the corporate office Assists in the review and preparation of necessary reconciliations to balance sheet and income statement in a timely manner.
