Will be doing make readies, going into units for work orders when someone is with them, grounds and trash pickup in the morning, maintaining our amenities like the pool, gym, etc, and doing other projects around the property such as fence repair, painting curbs, replacing exterior lights, cleaning and maintaining the shop and other storage areas, etc.

    Job Experience:  Maintenance experience preferred (Mulit-family Housing preferred). Knowledge of general maintenance, general plumbing, HVAC, drywall, pools and grounds is needed.
