Title: Estimator/Commercial Project Manager
Location: NW Wichita
Description of Company: Locally owned and operated commercial construction company.
Job Duties: Will work with corporate clients as well as multiple projects simultaneously. Estimate and/or manage varied projects including Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Government/Institutional, Healthcare, Condominiums/Hotels/Apartments. Read blueprints; estimate costs for commercial building projects; prepare bids. Some out-of-state travel may be required.
Job Experience: The qualified individual will have a progressive resume in commercial construction estimating and/or commercial project management experience, with an emphasis in estimating building materials. Must have direct experience, estimating and/or managing multi-million dollar projects. Proficiency in reading commercial blueprints necessary. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field. Ideal candidate will have Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Intern candidates may also be considered at reduced salary.
