Job Duties: Day do day duties will be, but not limited to assisting with all correspondence with tenants and vendors Assisting with preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports as well as budgeting reports, annual reconciliations and monthly variance reports Assist the manager with various Aged Delinquency reports, tenant collections and working with accounting team to ensure payments are collected and properly coded. Administrative duties as in preparation of tenant correspondence, tenant issues, contract documentation and bidding. Assisting with payroll and invoices, project management. Some travel may be required. Active Texas Real Estate License a plus
Job Experience: Ideal candidate must have commercial property experience, no exceptions. Bachelors Degree in business related field Minimum of 3 years of prior Commercial Real Estate experience is required. Experience in A/R and A/P, lease documents and verification process. Must have understanding of lease terms Extensive experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with MRI preferred. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Must work well under deadlines and high volume of work prioritizing workflow Be able to work efficiently without or little supervision. Candidate must be very detail-oriented. Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and must have proven track record of success. Active TX real estate license highly preferred. Title: Retail Tenant Sales & Leasing Representative
Location: near White settlement, Ft Worth
Description of Company: National Residential, Retail and Commercial Developer and Re-Developer .
Job Duties: Leasing retail mall space with roughly 400,000 sq. ft. of in-line space Meeting with both local and national tenants. Tenant relations duties with 70 current clients. Strong emphasis on new tenant sales for the mall. Some involvement in a redevelopment project later in the year Market and lease out empty space to high end retailers as well as national chains and small boutiques. Cold and warm calling on prospective local and national tenants Experience and abilities requested: - Canvassing new tenants and sales of leasing space to new tenants.
Job Experience: Ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of commercial leasing experience with retail experience preferred Must have very strong sales ability! Outstanding negotiation skills required with strong communication skills orally and written. Must have strong social media marketing experience and in person sales experience. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred. Must have the ability to problem solve in difficult situations. Must possess attention to detail. Ideal candidate must have strong tenure and must be team-oriented with ability to work independently. Ability to travel by car throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth area on weekly basis. Occasional regional travel. Bachelor's degree preferred. Texas Real estate license a plus. Must have reliable transportation and Drivers License and maintain insurance. Must live within Ft Worth City limits and be able to commute to site within 30 minutes Any redevelopment experience is a high plus Ideal candidate will be able to think outside of the traditional leasing box.
