    Description of Company: Locally owned and operated property management company specializing in single family homes, apartment communities and commercial real estate.

    Job Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the management of 150+ single family homes in addition to one small multi-family apartment community. Some commercial property management duties may be added as well. Overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties and developing the staff and maintaining positive resident relations. Scheduling showings and leasing properties.

    Job Experience: 3+ years' experience in property management. Experience in managing multiple single-family homes is required. Commercial property management experience may also be considered. Excellent working knowledge of office software; must be technology-driven. Must have outstanding leadership skills and an ability to take initiative. College degree preferred. Candidates should be very organized and strong in budget control, team building/ motivation, marketing, resident retention, and resident relations. Must be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties for showings. Must be able to satisfactorily pass background check and drug screen.

    Description of Company: Community-based, non-profit organization, that provides housing for low Income & senior citizens with no other options available, works with local shelters and domestic violence victims.

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will be as assigned. This is a roving position and the candidate is required to assist on various properties thru out the week. Posting and collection of rent, budgeting, scheduling and work order follow up. The ideal candidate will cover current assistant and property managers during their vacations or replace / assist with open positions on various properties within Wichita area. A current drivers license and insurance is required! Wage is DOE.

    Job Experience: This is a roving Part Time position with possible 25-30 hours/week +/- To achieve Full Time hours this position can be combined with another potential Part Time position. Ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of property management experience, preferably some senior community and single family home/duplex experience. Strong computer skills are required, strong communication skills and strong customer service skills are required.
