    Job Duties: Answer phones, show apartments, process tax credit paperwork, take work orders. $10-$11 per hour, based on experience. Must be available for temporary to hire opportunity.

    Job Experience: Must have experience as a leasing agent or assistant property manager. Tax credit experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to multi-task, deal with an extremely busy office, support manager responsibilities. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willing to work Saturdays with one day off through the week. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Experience with print and digital marketing is required. Must have strong proofreading skills and editing skills. Experience with website updates, attaching marketing photos, photography preferred. Must be a team player and maintain professionalism at all times. Some A/R and A/P. Bachelors degree in marketing highly preferred. Basic experience with Real Estate is highly preferred.
