Valid Driver’s License is required HVAC license is required 5-7 years of experience in the maintenance of commercial office building environments including troubleshooting, repa • Provide input and regular communication the Property Manager Director of Engineering Services and Regional Construction Manager on repairs, projects, operational and capital expense budgeting. • Provide Oversite and coordination of vendors for capital and tenant improvements when working on site • Evaluate plans contact vendors and assist in formulation of budgets for capital and tenant improvements. • Conduct orientation of new vendors working in building for any construction management • Oversee and Assist in required daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual required building inspections, and institute required corrections and/or Preventative Maintenance systems and schedules as needed. • Oversee and Work with engineers, subcontractors and vendors as required to carry out the various responsibilities of such 3rd party services. • Manage tenant request systems and preventative maintenance systems for the areas engineers and buildings through the on-line work order system, Angus Anywhere. • Initiate follow up communication with various individuals to ensure the complete and satisfactory performance of the local building maintenance engineering staff and subcontractors as it relates to all maintenance and construction management. • May perform other duties as assigned and as needed to assist in the management of responsibilities associated with commercial medical office facilities.

    Job Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience:ir and maintenance of associated building systems 3 Years of experience working on commercial building HVAC systems 3-4 year experience supervising employees in a service oriented position or environment Past experience working independently with little or no supervision required. Outstanding written/oral communication skills required. Outstanding customer service skills required. Ability to climb and work from ladders, man hoists or lifts, and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50lbs.), Must be willing to assist at other properties within the portfolio from time to time as needed • Ability to comprehend and use technology to aid in the management of duties; Computers, Mobile Smart Phone, Energy Management Systems and diagnostic equipment
