    Description of Company: A national owner and manager of student housing and assisted care facilities.

    Job Duties: • General preventative maintenance duties on a class A high rise student housing facility • Respond to and complete work order requests. • Complete make ready responsibilities • Train and manage maintenance and housekeeping staff • General maintenance on amenities such as pool, health facility, and common areas. • Other varied duties as assigned

    Job Experience: • Any previous apartment or student housing maintenance experience considered. • Some supervisory experience ideal • Exceptional tenant service ability • Needs to have a clean background • All tools provided
