Maintenance Unit Entry Acknowledgement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to follow the client company’s procedures and expectations when entering occupied resident units for work orders or maintenance requests.
Unit Entry Procedures & Expectations
• Review the work order before entering the unit.
• Follow all company policies regarding notice to enter.
• Knock loudly and announce yourself before entering any occupied unit.
• Maintain professionalism and respectful behavior at all times while inside a resident’s home.
• Help keep the unit clean by wearing shoe covers or taking reasonable precautions to protect resident property.
• Avoid touching or moving resident belongings unless necessary to complete the repair.
• Do not enter units with loose aggressive animals present; notify management if there is a concern.
• Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment when needed.
• Secure the unit properly upon leaving.
• Complete accurate work order notes and report any concerns to management immediately.
• Respect resident privacy at all times.
I understand that failure to follow these procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from assignment or termination of employment.
