REP FEE STRUCTURE

REAL ESTATE PERSONNEL, INC. is a staffing and recruiting service paid exclusively by the companies it serves. Our fees are competitive with industry standards for each location. The placement fees are based on a percentage of the candidates starting annual wage or salary. Applicants referred by Real Estate Personnel are considered "placed" by our company if the applicant is hired within one year of referral by the client company or any of its subsidiary or associate companies. >> DO YOU NEED TO SPEAK TO A STAFFING COORDINATOR?

Basic Fee Structure

10/10 Plans

This is a budget friendly option given exclusively to Real Estate Personnel clients.

The above fee structure will be assessed with 1/10th of the fee due upon the candidate’s completion of each month for 10 months. Should the candidate leave or be terminated for any reason, no additional fees are assessed and no refunds are given for completed months.

Temporary to Hire

The above fee structure discounted by 2% for each day our candidate works for you on our payroll. NO trial periods apply on temporary to hire placements. (After 50 days have been worked there is no fee assessed, 50 X 2% = 100% off)

Temporary Billing Rates

Temporary employees billing rates are agreed to prior to the temporary start date. We offer a 4-hour guarantee if we are notified on a timely basis.

Payroll Service

Do you have a candidate you found on your own that you wish to start immediately or try out? Contact us for payroll at a discounted rate! There is no placement fee if your candidate is hired and to be paid through Real Estate Personnel for as long as needed.

Fees are due 30 days after the start date of a candidate referred by us. Compensation such as Bonuses, Commission and/or Free Rent may be considered as part of the total compensation. Real Estate Personnel assumes no liability for false information given to us by applicants, their previous employers, personal references or criminal background check information. Policies and fees are subject to change without notification. Effective 10/1/08
