Presentation: Professional, clean and pressed dress attire is required when working an assignment for Real Estate Personnel. Please ask a REP consultant as to the dress code for each position as the requirements can vary from position to position. Facial piercings and tattoos need to either be removed or covered when on assignment.

Attitude: IPlease maintain a flexible, positive attitude while on assignment. You are expected to handle all interaction with co-workers and the public in a professional manner at all time.

Questions, Problems or other issues: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your assignment, including a dispute with a manager or co-worker, please notify REP.

Cell Phone: Please refrain from using your cell phone during work hours while on assignment.

Computer Usage: If your assignment involves computer usage, prohibited use includes, but not limited to: surfing the net, gamming, e-mail, downloading any programs, instant messaging or using the equipment for any personal use.

Drugs & Alcohol:The use of illegal drugs will be grounds for immediate termination. The use of alcohol while on assignment, (including during lunch and breaks) is strictly prohibited and may effect worker’s compensation benefits. Please note that many of our clients require drug testing prior to employment.
