    Title: Personal Assistant to Real Estate Owner

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will include office work, answering calls, scheduling of house showings, vendor scheduling, hands on with house inspection including check list of 'to do's', basic make ready including painting and other basic maintenance duties. Collecting of rent, marketing of properties, showing of houses, taking photos of houses and marketing online. Cleaning of properties to get ready for showing and similar duties. Candidate will overlook a current inventory of 100 single family houses and condos for rent. Hours are flexible and can range from Full Time to Part Time, depending on hands on experience and willingness to work hands on within maintenance work and office work. Other duties will include working directly with owner in getting club house set up and ready to open, including meeting and signing up new members for private whiskey club/car club. Candidate must maintain highest priority in confidentiality.

    Job Experience: Client is seeking an efficient and devoted aide or employee as right-hand man/woman. Ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and is hands on in basic make ready, marketing, vendor relations, QuickBooks experience and strong customer service background. Must be polished and professional at all times. Experience in basic make ready highly preferred. Experience in office management required. Must be able to work independent with little to no supervision. Must have valid Drivers License and own transportation, mileage will be reimbursed. Clean background is required. Credit check will be submitted if hired on permanent.
