    Title: Intern for Residentiall Real Estate company


    Description of Company: 

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will be assisting the commercial managers, brokers and marketing department. Candidate will be trained in various duties including on Pipeline software and marketing. Taking meeting minutes, assisting with publishing of social media outreach, marketing and chamber of commerce duties. Taking dictation, writing emails and articles. Other duties as assigned.

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have a background in office administration or leasing. Must have strong understanding of social media, some graphic design and customer service. Experience in Microsoft Word, publisher, Adobe Suite, Design Creation is required. Receptionist experience, administrative assistance and filing experience. Background in residential leasing preferred.
