Title: Transaction Coordinator
Location: Downtown Wichita
Description of Company: An established, local commercial real estate acquisition and investment group.
Job Duties: Day to day duties may vary, main duties are as follows: Serve as liaison between listing agent, title company and interact with lawyers. Responsible for the paperwork that is involved from start to finish; making sure signatures and initials are in the correct place. Assist with daily correspondence, incoming and outgoing interactions.
Job Experience: The ideal candidate would have a real estate background, preferably commercial. Must be able to multitask, understand real estate transactions, detail oriented, have excellent planning and organization skills. Must be proficient in office suites. The ideal candidate would have some experience in cloud storage or google drive. Candidate is preferred to have a college degree or trade school degree. Must be professional in all aspects. High level of customer service oriented background is preferred.
