    Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

    Location: downtown Wichita

    Description of Company: Commercial Real Estate Management & Development Company that represents investors in a variety of developments acquisitions, sales and lease transactions.

    Job Duties: The candidate will be strictly focused on the CEO and serve as his Administrative, such as managing his calendar, presentations, schedule, obligations and other duties. Candidate will have a take charge attitude and yet understands the ability to move fast and adapt to flexibility. Candidate will not have any other duties outside the CEO's duties. This is a fast paced environment and confidentiality and professionalism is key.

    Job Experience: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Executive Administrative field with a Residential or Commercial background The candidate will have experience in scheduling, handling travel arrangement and other administrative duties to a CEO. Outstanding professional skills and outstanding appearance is a must. Very strong computer skills, scheduling and personal assistance skills are a must. Minimum of 75 wpm required.
