    Title: Assistant Property Manager

    Location: Wichita

    Description of Company: Locally owned and operated property management company working within Wichita, KS

    Job Duties: Day to day management of rental properties in Wichita Area including but not limited to rent collection and processing, answering phones, scheduling vendors for repairs. There will be no leasing of units as the client has leasing agents on property.

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have property management experience. Outstanding customer service skills and communication skills both written and verbal. Professional attitude and appearance is required. Cash handling, posting of rent, tenant law and landlord law experience is preferred. Microsoft word, excel, outlook, online credit card processing is required, Sage/Business Works knowledge is preferred. Must be able to stay on task and work without supervision.
