Description of Company: Western Region apartment management group.
Job Duties: Manage the day-to-day operations of a 200 plus unit all conventional property Manage rehab projects and maintenance Sourcing and placing qualified tenants Ensure the property is in good working order Communicate closely with the Regional and owners on the property vacancies, tenants, and physical condition of the property. Other duties include managing all on-site personnel, leasing and marketing activities Resident relations. Financial management and preparation of property budgets and variance reports.
Job Experience: The ideal candidate will have a combination of apartment property management and construction management Experienced with maintenance and rehab projects Previous apartment property management experience Strong computer skills are required Knowledge of Yardi is also a benefit Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Good organizational skills Basic bookkeeping knowledge and the ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions General office equipment knowledge of operation and use Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Preferably a temporary to hire situation

Deliver high value engineering consulting services to clients via our commissioning, energy audit, and energy analysis services. Assist in offering expanded services to our current clients, developing new clients, and mentoring junior staff.
