    Location: Wichita

    Description of Company: National multi family management company, working mostly with tax credit units.

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will be assisting potential tenants with all questions, preparing paperwork and HUD documentation. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, budgeting, vendor set up, posting of rent, eviction and court visits. Scheduling, payroll submission, management of maintenance and leasing team. Must have Drivers License and Transportation. Other duties as assigned.

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate must have HUD experience. Strong customer service skills and ability to handle stressful situations. Marketing experience, strong computer skills are required. Vendor relations, basic A/P and A/R.
