    Job Duties: Day to day duties include but are not limited to: Daily supervision of up to 6 employees. Assisting the team in the management of issues, concerns and tenant problems. Providing support in case of absenteeism (leasing, management, maintenance) Conducting on site visits and follow ups. Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the properties, such as leasing renewals, code reinforcements, inspections, work orders, make readies, inventory and vendor relations. Maintaining the highest level of customer service for rental prospects, residents and vendors Setting up and sorting vendors. Renewing operations manuals if required. Running daily and weekly reports. Able to be on call for emergencies after hours. Other duties as assigned. This position will include some driving, about 2/3 of the time will be in the field. Properties are spread out thru several coastal counties. Mileage allowance will be offered.

    Job Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred Minimum of 5 years Management/Supervisory experience 4-5 years’ experience of managing the operations of multi-family/single family housing is required. Construction background/experience preferred. Strong working experience with rental property applications/programs and computer applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. Rent Manager experience preferred. Bi-Lingual- English and Spanish (written and spoken) mandatory • Valid Florida’s Driver license and Insurance required

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have leasing experience preferably with HUD experience. This is a Part Time Position with 2-3 days a week. Candidate can choose own days during the week, but time will be set. There will be few days during the month for mandatory days for reports (10th, end of the month, and first of the month) Majority of tenants do have a mental disability so patience is a must. Sensitivity to tenants needs is a must. Candidate must have Yardi (classic) experience but training will be provided. Voyager experience is helpful. HUD System experience is helpful. The property is fully occupied with a wait list and pretty low demand on the 'busy scale' day to day. Support staff consists of 1 maintenance technician (no support office staff). Must be able to train ahead of time and work with Manager after FMLA return. Must be able to differentiate to assist tenants with personal issues and when to shut down requests of personal matters.
