    Job Duties: Day do day duties will be working hand in hand with the manager, posting rent, marketing the property. Visiting with tenants, putting together flyers and new tenant paperwork. Managing work orders and vendor relations.

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and marketing skills. Open to train the right person. Strong sense of closing the deal required. Experience with OneSite preferred. Candidate must have professional demeanor and appearance at all times. Experience with commercial and residential properties preferred.

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will include but are not limited to Selling and leasing new homes. Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans Collect all rent to meet company required delinquency rate Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income Resolve resident complaints and concerns Provide hands-on leadership and management to staff Recruit, train and develop staff Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities Communicate and manage policies and procedures Create and ensure a safe work environment Protect and maintain company assets Control expenses and work within set budget Maintain professional behavior • Duties subject to change, as deemed appropriate by management

    Job Experience: Ideal candidate will have a strong work history of supervisory and property management roles within mobile home communities. Must have good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively use computers. Candidate must be Self-motivated and able to effectively work for out-of-state corporate office. The ability to demonstrate trust and loyalty combined with a strong work ethic is needed. Prior experience in managing a team of maintenance and office staff is required. Spanish language is highly preferred. Must have own transportation and valid Drivers License.

    Salary: 35000
