    Job Experience: • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of office administrative experience. Real Estate experience is a must. • Strong customer service skills along with a positive and flexible attitude. • Emotional intelligence and fine-tuned communication skills to negotiate a diverse and competitive community. • Flawless organizational routines and file management proficiency • Ability to make informed decisions amidst many competing priorities. • Ability to learn software and programs quickly. • Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times. • Fine-tuned knowledge of database management and web researching tools. • High-Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Windows Operating Systems. Prefer someone with knowledge of and experience in commercial real estate and or Real Estate. Previous Brokers or Executive Assistant experience helpful. Highly proficient (with demonstrable experience) in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite. InDesign experience helpful but not required. Excellent written, verbal, and proofreading skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
