    Job Duties: The Tenant Service Coordinator’s primary role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the building management team and services to meet the needs of the tenants and the client. The TSC will secure and maintain positive and professional relationships with the tenants and be accountable for ensuring issues and needs are routed to, responded to, and resolved by the appropriate individual, department, or service. This position includes general administrative, service desk, and event coordination functions related to the tenants and operation of the building.

    Job Experience: Candidate must have structured A/P experience, as in they have worked within a team of accounts payable, not as a solo A/P position while doing other odds-and-ends. Yardi knowledge a must: • How to create an invoice number when one is not provided on a bill. • That late fees need sectioned out. • What to include in a description portion of a none utility bill invoice. • How to call vendors and request copies of missing invoice. However, the perfect candidate would have both a structured AP background and either property management or construction industry experience.
