    Job Experience: • The ideal candidate will have Facilities Maintenance experience of minimum 3-5 years. Preferably within a medical or office environment. • Candidate must have EPA license and have working knowledge of commercial refrigerant units. • 5 years hands maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical and electrical systems. • Hands on experience in a service oriented position or environment is required. • A valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record is required. • Ability to utilize computers and smart phone technology to get work done and to communicate. • ANGUS software preferred. • Outstanding written and communication skills are necessary, outstanding customer service is required. • Ability to climb and work on ladders, man hoists or lifts. • Ability to carry heavy loads up to 50lbs
