    Description of Company: National multi family management company, working mostly with tax credit units.

    Job Duties: Day to day duties will be working on work orders inside vacant and occupied units on property. Some ground work may be required. Cleaning of property, some grounds work and trash pick up is required. Assisting tenants with apartment appliance and maintenance issues. Some basic electric work such as exchanging fans, light bulbs, sockets etc. Basic plumbing work.

    Job Experience: The ideal candidate will have maintenance tech experience of minimum 2 years. HVAC license is highly preferred. Should have own tools and transportation. Experience with make ready, painting, appliance repair and installation is required.

    Job Duties: Perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Make available apartments ready for move-in. Report any maintenance problems to the supervisor. Assist supervisor in controlling expenses. Participate in an ongoing community maintenance and improvement plan. Extensive grounds work will be required. Pick up animal waste. Transport resident trash from each building daily and transport to a centrally located trash compactor. Follow-up on service requests to assure the highest quality customer satisfaction. Work in resident units on work orders, changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, etc. Other duties as may be assigned. $12-$15/hour, based on experience.

    Job Experience: Friendly and positive attitude. Good communicator and listener. Possess and continually improve the technical skills necessary to perform assigned maintenance. Customer service oriented. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service. Previous maintenance experience, prefer some prior apartment maintenance experience. Must have valid DL, be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance. Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, stand or walk for long periods of time as well as tolerate all types of temperatures and weather.

    Job Duties: • Informs supervisor of needed services, repairs, and supplies. • Travel between single family rentals throughout the city to routinely perform the following duties: • Repair holes in sheet rock, applies texturing and performs minor sheetrock replacements. • Perform minor carpentry repairs. • Perform painting and caulking of unit interiors and building exteriors. • Complete minor electrical repairs. • Checks all lights and replace as necessary. • Replace or repair windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, baseboards, and mirrors. • Check appliances and informs supervisor of problems. • Assist in changing out or removing appliances. • Make keys when necessary and rekey locks. • Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replaces parts as necessary. Perform repairs to sinks, bathtubs, toilets, etc. • Change A/C filters, and may daily log the temperatures and pressures on commercial HVAC equipment. • Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets and extract water. • Assist in grounds work, including regular grounds inspections, picking up debris, and emptying trash containers. • Perform some custodial work, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, etc. • May participate in a rotating on-call emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage

    Job Experience: • Prior property maintenance experience or experience in a related field is preferred. • Universal EPA certification preferred. Experience in exterior remodeling such as roofing repair, siding, and exterior painting would be a plus. • Valid state driver’s license. Current auto liability insurance coverage. Dependable transportation. • Tools to perform the duties under this job description. • Certain property specific equipment and expendables may be provided. • Ability to satisfactorily pass a background check and drug screen.

    Job Duties: Responsibilities: • This is a roving position and involves working at different locations as needed at different hours as needed.     Job Experience: Experience: • Ideal Candidate preffered to be HVAC certified and must be able to work on make ready units, remodeling units and new units. • Candidate must be able to paint, work on plumbing and other duties as assigned. • Remodeling experience will be preferred! • Minor electrical work, appliance repair and installation knowledge, able to work hard and must understand the importance of maintenance work within an upscale apartment unit building. • Physical labor work and Handy-person knowledge will be required such as mentioned above. • THIS IS A HANDS ON position working in various upscale boutique style apartments, condos and lofts. • Candidate must be clean cut, professional and respectful at all times.
